List of the Bank’s ATMs

The following services are available through JSC VTB Bank ATMs:

• cash withdrawals in rubles and/or US dollars. Visa International, MasterCard International and China UnionPay cards are accepted;
• mobile phone payments to Mobile TeleSystems, VimpelCom, Megafon and other regional operators;
• Internet access payments to Comstar - United TeleSystems, Moscow Telecommunications Corporation and other regional providers;
• statements of balance and mini-extract for JSC VTB Bank card holders. Holders of Visa Int. cards issued by third party banks may obtain statements of balance as well;
• JSC VTB Bank card holders may withdraw cash from any VTB 24 and VTB North-West ATMs free of charge.

Limits set for JSC VTB Bank ATMs

1. Daily limit for cash withdrawals using JSC VTB Bank cards: USD 4,000 (or equivalent).
2. Monthly limit for cash withdrawals using JSC VTB Bank cards (in ATMs and cash desks):
   • for Visa Electron and Cirrus/Maestro cards - USD 40,000 (or equivalent);
   • for Visa Classic and MasterCard Mass cards - USD 350,000 (or equivalent);
   • for Visa Gold, Visa Platinum MasterCard Gold, and MasterCard Platinum cards - USD 550,000 (or equivalent).
3. Cash withdrawal limit for cards issued by third party banks: RUR 9,000 or USD 300 per transaction.
